Hellfire Pass The piece of track and plaque that was ripped up by the Hellfire Pass Staff and replaced by a Granite Pyramid. This piece of track was laid by personnel of the Royal Australian Navy and 3rd Battalion RAR. It was also the place where Weary Dunlops ashes were scattered. WHY did they rip it up?
