MIDN Rod Purvis
Rod joined the inaugural SLSU intake of 1966. Son of Commodore Ian Purvis. Left during the course. Reported in the Sunday Age 22 May. He was the first of our class to leave us - some 56 years later. Became a teacher. Not seen since he left us. Will the circle be unbroken? Sadly, no longer.
